1. General rules
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online shop ZEN TAN. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The online shop is managed by SIA Zentan, registered in Latvia, registration number 50203683841, registered office at Krūmu iela 5, Liepāja, Latvia, LV-3405.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions are in compliance with the laws and regulations of Latvia and the European Union, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Products and orders
2.1 All Goods are available while they are in stock.
2.2 We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions and images of the goods, but there may be slight differences between the goods depicted and the actual goods.
2.3 Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
2.4 We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
Item out of stock.
Inaccurate prices or descriptions.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Prices and payments
3.1 All prices are quoted in EUR and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Delivery charges are calculated separately based on your chosen delivery method and address.
3.3 Payments are accepted via internet banking, Visa, MasterCard or Maestro debit or credit cards, bank transfer.
4. Delivery
4.1 We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 working days.
4.2 Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery service you choose.
4.3 Delivery times are approximate and we cannot guarantee a specific date.
4.4 Risk passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the address specified.
5. Return and exchange
5.1 For reasons of hygiene, underwear will not be returned or exchanged except in the following cases:
5.1.1 The item is damaged or defective during delivery.
5.1.2 You were sent the wrong product.
5.2 Returns or exchanges can be requested by contacting us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
5.3 Goods to be returned must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all labels and sanitary films.
5.4 Refunds on valid returns will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Refunds do not include delivery costs unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
6. Customer’s obligations
6.1 The Customer must provide accurate contact, payment and delivery address details at the time of placing an order.
6.2 Before making a purchase, the customer must ensure that the goods selected meet their needs.
6.3 In the event of any problems with an order, the customer must contact us through our support channels.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 All information available on the website, including images, descriptions and trademarks, is the property of Fluide Ltd and is protected in accordance with applicable laws.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce or distribute the content of the website without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 We accept no liability for indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of the website or products.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the total value of the order.
8.3 We are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or transport problems.

10. Applicable Laws and Dispute Resolution

10.2 Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Website will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

11.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes shall take effect upon posting on our website.
